Our Assessment Centre Key People

With a team of over 15 experienced recruitment assessors all of whom have a minimum of 5 years assessment centre experience, we can design and deliver small to large scale assessment centres nationally. Our key assessors are:

Trevor Lincoln –  a former Independent Assessor with the Office of the Commissioner for Public Appointments. He has over 16 years’ experience in designing and delivering assessment centres, specialising in senior level and Board recruitment. Trevor has extensive experience in designing competency frameworks.

His experience includes working with the Civil Aviation Authority, Welsh Assembly Government, Greater Manchester Probation Trust, Hull City Council, Laurus, Barclays, British Gas, Npower, EON, Orange, HMRC, Office Angels, Eaga PLC.

Michelle Reiling – a professional assessor for over 16 years working at senior level with public and private sector clients such as HM Prison Service, Greater Manchester Probation Trust, Home Office, NHS, Department of Work and Pensions, Nectar, British Airways, British Aerospace, BP. Michelle

Vicky Wood – an Occupational Psychologist with 20 years assessment experience. Vicky has worked with clients such as Eaga Group, Marshalls, HM Prison Service, NHS, Food Standards Agency, DVLA, numerous Local Authorities, Public Limited Companies and HE institutions.

Janet Lincoln – an assessor with over 10 years assessment centre and coaching experience with organisations such as Greater Manchester Probation Trust, Carillion, Barclays, Hull City Council, Shetland Islands Council.

Michael Booth – has 12 years’ assessment centre experience in the utilities, manufacturing, education Public and Private sectors, including central government and local authorities.
