This is a fantastic opportunity to join the LAURUS Development team in an expanding andprogressive, mutually owned business. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic learning and development professionals to play a key role in developing our customers’ people, enabling them to deliver successful rehabilitation.

Taking responsibility for your assigned learning and development projects, you will ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality. Additionally you will assess the competence of individual learners, providing developmental feedback and complying with the requirements of awarding organisations.
You’ll be an ambassador for LAURUS Development, wholeheartedly demonstrating our values and consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations. As a partner you will actively add value to our enterprise and contribute to the integrity and development of our business.
As part of your role, you’ll be required to travel regularly to operational units across England and Wales and this is likely to include overnight stays.

We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have expertise in core skills and also from people who have experience in work with sexual offending and mental health. Previous experience in learning and development or as a qualified assessor would be beneficial. However, LAURUS Development provides its partners with ongoing tailored learning and development to grow their knowledge and skills. Commitment and potential are highly valued.
