Balancing priorities and managing your time at work is a skill that is often taken for granted.  This course will provide learners with the opportunity to re-evaluate their current time management techniques and consider changing their daily routine to improve how they manage their workload.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Identify what acts as a distraction to using your time effectively.

  • Identify how to be assertive in avoiding distractions and learning when to say no.

  • Explore tools which will help you to prioritise your work and time.

  • Explore effective use of ‘to do’ lists and diary management to aid improved organisation skills.

This half day course is aimed at anyone who feels they could improve their time management skills.
